Yes, a $800 security deposit is required. The deposit will be released within 5 working days post-event.

1. Cancellation Notice

• Full refund (minus any non-refundable booking fee, if applicable) if cancellation is made more than 30 days before the event date.

• 50% refund if cancellation is made between 15–30 days before the event date.

• No refund if cancellation is made less than 15 days before the event date.

2. Rescheduling

• You can reschedule your event once without penalty — provided you inform us at least 15 days before the original event date.

• If rescheduled within 15 days, cancellation policy for late cancellations applies.

3. Security Deposit

• The security deposit will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation.

4. Notice of Cancellation

• All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing (email or via our booking portal).

• Date of cancellation is based on date of written notice, not verbal confirmation.
